Boyfriend: “What do you feel like watching?”
Me: “Something Stephen King, I think.”
***Sunday morning***
Boyfriend, halfway through a movie: “I’m watching a Stephen King movie!”
Me, indignant: “WHAT!? Why would you watch that without me!?”
Boyfriend: “You wouldn’t like it.”
Me: “Why wouldn’t I like it?”
Boyfriend: “It’s about trucks with minds of their own.”
Me: “…You’re absolutely right; I wouldn’t be interested in that at all.”
